Admission Procedure

Registration

Selection is on a “first-come, first served” basis and registration will be closed when full capacity has been reached.
Candidates will be considered as accepted to the school if they have met the passing criteria of the Student Admission Assessment and have fulfilled all the academic & administrative requirements, and payment confirmation has been received by Admission Department.
The school reserves the right to decide on the eligibility of a student and the decisions made are final.
Aplication fee is IDR 2.800.000* and is non-refundable under any circumtances.

Registration Documents

Completed Aplication Form, signed by parents on every page.
Agreement Letter of Offer Letter Payment, signed by parents on every page.
Agreement Letter of School Rules and Regulations, signed by parents on every page.
2 (two) passport - size photos of student, size 3 x 4 cm.
1 (one) passport – size photo of both parents, size 3 x 4 cm.
1 (one) copy of the candidate’s Report Card from previous school.
1 (one) copy of the candidate’s Student Health Form (Immunization Record).
Canteen Information Update Form, signed by parent.
Health and Medical Information Form, signed by parent.
School Bus Permission Form, signed by parent.
Photo Release Form, signed by parent.

Age Eligibility

Age limitation for registration is only available for those students who were born:
Primary 1 : Child turns 6 years old on or before October 31
Primary 2 : Child turns 7 years old on or before October 31
Primary 3 : Child turns 8 years old on or before October 31
Primary 4 : Child turns 9 years old on or before October 31
Primary 5 : Child turns 10 years old on or before October 31
Primary 6 : Child turns 11 years old on or before October 31
(Special consideration my be given by the principal for students not falling into the stated range).

Entrance Test

Duration : Approx. 1 hour

Registered as SPK (Satuan Pendidikan Kerjasama)
